We all hate fine print but we need to make sure you are aware of our terms and conditions so that your stay is as pleasurable as possible.
*All deposits due at time of booking and balances due on arrival must be paid by credit or debit card only.
b. Group Reservations: Please call (970) 627-3580.
- If the reservation is cancelled more than two weeks prior to arrival, you will receive a refund, less $50.00 processing fee per room.
- If cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival, deposits are non-refundable.
- There are no refunds for unused time due to late arrival or early departure. If guests do not arrive on the first day of their reservation and do not cancel or make alternative arrangements, the guest is responsible for paying for the entire reserved stay and the reservation is forfeited. The purpose of this policy is to encourage you to notify us if you are not coming or you will be arriving late.

TRAILER AND RV PARKING is not available on property. Grand Lake Town oversize and pull through parking is located on the corner of Hancock and Park Avenue just 2 blocks away.
NO PETS: For the safety of your pets and guests we ask that you leave your pets at home. It is not that we do not love your furry loved ones, but due to allergies and wellness, we cannot allow pets on the premises. Another reason for this is the wildlife here (e.g., mountain lions and bears – Oh my!); it really is safer for your pets. Therefore, we ask that you please leave your pets at home. There is a minimum $250 charge for stowaway pets, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
We do not allow smoking on the premises of any of our properties. A minimum $250 fine will be assessed if this policy is violated.
