Trail Ridge Road is officially open for the year so come visit our quaint Village on Colorado’s largest natural lake, Grand Lake, at the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park surrounded by mountain vistas. Grand Lake offers numerous year-round activities (hiking, boating, kayaking, golfing, biking, fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing), cozy lodging, delicious food and wonderful shops.
Rocky Mountain National Park offers 355 miles of hiking trails, including Adams Falls, which is spectacular right now with the spring runoff. The Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre will open up their 2011 season in their brand new theater with Beauty & The Beast this Friday, June 10, 2011. Be sure to check out their summer and fall schedule at www.rockymountainrep.com.
Head to Grand Lake for the 4th of July for the most spectacular fireworks you’ll ever see and hear as they explode over the lake. Unbelieveable!
The spring fishing is really great so grab your pole and come on up!
