In the summer, listen to the
hummingbirds from the Western
Riviera Motel deck as you revel in the
breathtaking view of mountain vistas reflecting on Grand
Lake, or enjoy a game of beach volleyball and the picnic
area located between the motel and lake. During the
winter, the volleyball court becomes an ice skating rink
and the view, a winter wonderland!
Western
Riviera Lakeside Cabins
are located on Grand Lake directly across the
street from the motel with spectacular views of Shadow
Mountain and Mt. Baldy. The upper cabins include kitchen
efficiencies and walk out onto a shared lakefront deck
with chairs, picnic tables and grills. The lower
cabins include a small refrigerator and a coffee pot,
and walk out to a shared lakefront deck with chairs. All
cabins include color cable TV, but do not have phones.
Western
Riviera Courtyard Cabins are located in the heart of the
Village of Grand Lake just a block and a half off the
lake. These newly remodeled cabins mix the feel of
historic old Grand Lake with the modern conveniences you
desire. Rent by the month for the
winter and have your own mountain get-away for
snowmobiling, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

Terms and Conditions
1. DEPOSIT: A deposit
of one night's lodging for each room reserved is due when
the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY: If the reservation is
canceled more than one week before arrival, you will receive
a refund, less a $20.00 per room processing fee. If canceled
less than one week before arrival, deposits are
non-refundable. There are no refunds for unused time due to
late arrival or early departures. If guests do not arrive on
the first day of their reservation and do not cancel or make
alternative arrangements, the guest is responsible for
paying for the entire reserved stay and the reservation is
forfeited. The purpose of this policy is to encourage you to
notify us if you are not coming or you will be arriving
late.
3. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am
4. TELEPHONE: There is no charge
for local and toll free calls. There is no charge for long
distance calls, however, you must use your personal calling
card for international calls.
5. NO PETS: Please leave your pets
at home. Due to wildlife (e.g., mountain lions and bears -
Oh my!) we can not permit pets anywhere on the premises,
including in cars. There is a minimum $250 charge for
stowaway pets, and you will be asked to leave with no
refund. Check out the following lodgings if you would like
to bring your pet: Spirit Lake Lodge: (970) 627-3344 and
Sunset Motel: (970) 627-3318.
6. SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking
in rooms (this includes in doorways or near an open window)!
Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the lower deck. There is a
minimum $250 charge for smoking in the rooms.
